Imagine working peacefully under the sun of Tenerife while enjoying sports and cultural activities: that's what we've cooked up for you!
Before leaving for a few months for a mission abroad, we transformed our home into a little cocoon so that you can enjoy its interior spaces, swimming pool and garden. Layout, plumbing, electricity, a shelf here, a lamp there, it was a great pleasure to prepare a quiet and safe place for you. Would you like to take care of it for us until we return?
Wake up with the sound of birds:
The living area of 280 m2 on a plot of 580 m2 offers a private and intimate space (there won't be 36 pairs of eyes spying on you from the balconies of the neighboring apartments) 😄
You will wake up with either a view of the garden or of the private swimming pool.
Breakfast according to your wishes:
🌴 in the garden for nature lovers – 🌞 on the sunny terrace for those who prefer to enjoy the first rays of sunshine.
How lucky you are! Depending on your mood, two terraces are available. In warm weather, you can enjoy the cooler side with a shaded terrace. If you like to take in the heat, you can sit in the backyard.
Have lunch by the pool:
Do you also love the concept of eating outside all year round? Stock up on regional specialties at the Mercado del Agricultor (4 mins by car), fire up the barbecue (be careful, you might be impressed by its size) and you're good to go!
For a small break:
We thought you might like to swim a few laps in the 9x4 heated pool, relax in the jacuzzi area / massage jets, challenge yourself with a game of ping-pong or badminton, play some Frisbee or take a little coffee and a good book in the "zen" space on the garden side.
And finally for your evenings:
A large panoramic lounge will host your evenings of board games, Home Cinema, debriefing and exchange of tips.

The common areas are fully furnished. The bedrooms are furnished.
Each room is "en-suite" (with private bathroom) and equipped with a desk, office chair and 24" HDMI screen.
You will have stable and fast WiFi covering the entire property thanks to a Mesh high-tech WIFI 6E.
A Home Cinema system with a giant screen (266 x 149cm) and a Dolby Digital 5.1 sound bar will allow you to enjoy super comfortable movie nights.
The ideal location
First of all, in the south of the island, everyone will tell you, it's warmer and it rains less
It will only take you 10 minutes from Reina Sofía South Airport to arrive at the house and start to relax after your trip.
You will find a selection of mini-markets 5 minutes walking distance from the house as well as a few restaurants, bars, etc.
A little out of the way of the major tourist centers
You will not have 36 pairs of eyes hidden behind the bars of the balconies next door to spy on you.
You won't get the sound of partygoers coming home late.
A little outside of the town of San Isidro (approx. 800 inhabitants), you will enjoy the calm, while having access to a large number of local shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Going through the "Barranco" located behind the house, you will reach it in 10 minutes on foot.
However, still close from fun places
Since the house is only 7 minutes away from El Médano by car, you will stay in the ideal location for lovers of kite-surfing, wing-foil, wind-surfing and surfing.
